and even from their mobile phones.
Eviction Process Handling

Landlord/Resident attorney in the state of Florida to assist
with the eviction process in the unlikely event that a
resident needs to be removed from the property.

Resident Damage Guarantee
While we are managing the
property, if a resident we placed causes damage to your
property, in excess of the Security Deposit, we will make
the repairs, up to $1,000, at no cost to the owner.
Eviction Guarantee
While we are managing the
property, if a resident we placed has to be evicted, we will
handle the cost of eviction, up to $2,500.
Capital Improvement Evaluation
Upon Request. Annual visit and
report on capital improvement needs for your rental
property.
HVAC Maintenance Agreement
